The timings

We dispatch within one working day. Your tracking number reaches you by email within two working days of ordering, so you can follow the parcel the whole way.

Delivery takes 4 to 10 days.

We'd rather tell you ten days and arrive in seven than promise two and let you down. If your parcel passes day ten, email us and we'll chase it.

What it costs

Nothing. Free tracked delivery on every order, no minimum basket, no code to enter. If something ever needs to come back to us, we cover that postage too.

The price you pay at checkout is the full price. There is nothing to pay on delivery — no customs charge, no handling fee, no VAT bill at the door.

If tracking stops moving

Tracking often sits still for two or three days mid-journey while a parcel moves between hubs. That's normal and it isn't a sign anything is wrong. If nothing has changed for five days, or you're past day ten, email support@auramile.com with your order number. We'll find out where it is, and if it's genuinely lost we replace it or refund you in full.

Your address

Please check it before you pay. We can change an address if you email within a few hours of ordering. Once a label is printed we can't redirect a parcel, though you can usually arrange redelivery with the courier using your tracking number.

Missed deliveries

If nobody's in, the courier leaves a card and makes a second attempt or takes it to a local collection point. Parcels are held for about 18 days before being returned to sender. If one comes back to us because it wasn't collected, we'll refund you in full or send it again — your choice.
