Terms of sale
These are the terms you buy under. They're written to be read, not to hide anything. Nothing here takes away rights the law gives you as a consumer — where the two ever conflict, the law wins.
Who you're buying from
Bunloo LTD, trading as Auramile. Registered in England and Wales, company number 17505187. Registered office: 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. Email: support@auramile.com. WhatsApp: +44 7470 395096.
How the contract is made
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we email you to confirm dispatch — that's the point a contract exists between us. If we can't fulfil an order, because something is out of stock or a price was wrong, we'll tell you and refund you in full. We won't quietly substitute a different product.
Prices
Prices are shown on each product page and include VAT where it applies. Delivery is free, so the price you see is the price you pay.
We can change prices, but never on an order already placed. If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price, we'll contact you before dispatching and you can confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
The three-for-two offer
For every three products in your cart, one is free: three products, one free; six products, two free. The free items are always the lowest-priced ones in your cart. The discount is applied automatically at checkout and can't be combined with a discount code.
The products
We describe materials, dimensions and weights as accurately as we can, and the specification on each product page is the one we stand behind. Photographs are as true to the product as we can make them, though screens vary in color.
Our products are made to fit the great majority of cars, but not every car ever built. If something doesn't fit yours, that's covered by the thirty-day return, and we won't argue about it.
Delivery and returns
Set out in full in our Delivery policy and our Returns and refunds policy, both of which form part of these terms.
Your warranty
Twelve months from delivery against manufacturing faults and materials, in addition to your statutory rights. The detail is in the returns policy.
What we're responsible for
If we fail to meet these terms, we're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of that failure. We're not responsible for loss that isn't foreseeable, or for any loss of business, since these products are sold for personal use.
We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, for breach of your statutory rights, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Using the products sensibly
These are accessories for a car interior. Fit them when the car is stationary and keep them clear of anything you need to see or reach while driving — the pedals, the gear selector, the steering wheel's full rotation, the airbag covers. You're responsible for making sure the way you've fitted something is safe and legal for your vehicle.
This website
The text, photographs and design on auramile.com belong to us. You're welcome to share a link; please don't copy the content for your own commercial use.
We try to keep the site available but we don't promise it will never go down.
Complaints
Email support@auramile.com. It reaches a person, and we aim to reply the same working day. If you're not satisfied with the answer, say so on the same thread and ask for it to be reviewed.
The law that applies
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can bring proceedings in your own courts, and nothing here affects that.
